Sometimes there are deals so good or homes so incredible that you have to know about them.  This is my true opinion with no fluff.  High end, low end it doesn't matter. It must hit one of my four categories: Value, Unsurpassed Quality, Opportunity or Just Plain Spectacular. If the home is overpriced you won't see it here.
